The Dyn Project

The Dyn Project provides accessible support to all men who experience domestic abuse in Wales regardless of age; gender; race; religion or sexual orientation.

The Dyn Project offers 3 main products:

Advocacy – This service provides men in Cardiff with support and safety planning through face-to-face meetings.

Helpline – The Dyn Wales Helpline provides support and information for men who experience domestic abuse in Wales. The service directly provides basic safety planning as well as signposting men to accessible services across Wales.

Website – To compliment the helpline, the Dyn Wales website provides an online resource to domestic abuse services across Wales. The site also offers users an opportunity to contact us online if they do not wish to use the helpline.

The main aims of the Dyn Project are;

  • Developing a broader understanding of domestic abuse.

  • Raising awareness of domestic abuse.

  • Supporting men in Wales.

  • Confidentiality

In addition to these services, the Dyn Project is keen to raise awareness of men experiencing of domestic abuse through training and advertising. If you are interested in working with the Dyn Project, then please contact Simon Borja, Dyn Project Co-ordinator on 029 2046 1564 or sb@saferwales.com
